Easter Cross
  1. Simple to make. Start with the Perfect Dough Recipe.
  2. Make a simple cross shape.
  3. Add the flowers-use a small flower cutter to make the shapes and mark the center with a cocktail stick.
  4. Add the leaves and mark the veins.
  5. A butterfly can be added by shaping dough .
  6. Use The Glaze to color the cross when partially dry. See Basic Method.
  7. Bake and varnish as per instructions in basic method.
  8. When painting the flowers will look pretty as  forget-me-knots. Use a light blue base and add touches of pink at the corners of the petals.
